IMPACT OF LEADERSHIP ON TEACHER’S COMMITMENT OF SENIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHER

Abstract

The largest democracy in the world needs metamorphosis in teaching, learning, and its associated spheres. An important instrument in this way is the teacher and more so her commitment towards the job. The old saying that whatever happened at the top perculates down is applicable in the present academic world. Therefore, Leadership is a vital role in influencing teachers’ commitment. The present paper is an attempt to bring out the attributes of leadership, those which significantly influence teachers’ commitment.
