STRATEGIES TO OVERCOME STRESSORS IN CORPORATE WORLD

    Dr Christy Paulina.J

Abstract

An employee’s connection with their management or supervisor can be one of the most stressful aspects of their employment. These stresses stem from interactions that are unpleasant, contentious, or otherwise unsatisfying for one or both parties. When stress is present, it doesn’t matter how well things are going at work; they all seem to be going wrong. When you have key connections at work that are often characterised by sentiments of acceptance and amiability, it is easier to retain a good outlook than when you are arguing or at odds with someone.
