Direccionamiento estratégico frente al desarrollo turístico en el Municipio de Garzón, Huila

Abstract
El presente estudio propone un direccionamiento estratégico para fomentar el desarrollo turístico en Garzón, Huila, mediante un enfoque integrado que considera los recursos naturales, culturales y socioeconómicos del municipio. A través de un enfoque mixto, se realizó un diagnóstico estratégico utilizando la técnica de análisis de contenido y la matriz DOFA, identificando fortalezas como la biodiversidad y cultura local, y debilidades como la infraestructura insuficiente. Además, se diseñaron estrategias orientadas a la sostenibilidad, competitividad e innovación tecnológica. Entre las recomendaciones destacan la capacitación de actores locales, el desarrollo de rutas turísticas y la implementación de tecnologías digitales. Este estudio aporta una perspectiva novedosa para potenciar el turismo en contextos rurales, ofreciendo herramientas prácticas para su gestión sostenible.
