The research analyzes the relationship between human capital and key investment indicators, including GDP growth, foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows, and productivity levels. Using a combination of empirical data and qualitative analysis, the study identifies how improvements in human capital contribute to enhanced investment performance and economic growth in Uzbekistan. The findings suggest that strategic investments in education and training are essential for sustaining long-term economic development and attracting foreign investment.
